While they make purchasing a pleasant experience, pray you don’t need to deal with their service department. We purchased our $50,000 truck back in March and immediately noticed a shimmy when we brought it home. We brought the truck back, being it was just purchased as CERTIFIED preowned. They kept the truck for a week and a half without offering a loaner vehicle with no resolution, we then brought the truck back two more times, both for a week at a time and we were told there was nothing that could be done about the shimmy on the truck. It was due to the aftermarket rims that we purchased the truck with (again, certified by the dealer). We weren’t happy with that but per the service department, it was nothing that could have been fixed. Recently my husband noticed there were three wheel studs snapped off the front tire making it not safe to drive. I went to Lester glenn to get the studs to avoid them keeping it for another week, expecting them to give us the parts for free based on the history of poor service we’ve received. Instead, I was met by the service manager doubting that this could have been something they caused, asking for us to bring the truck back for the fourth time. We both have jobs and need our truck to bring us there. We can’t afford another week ending with no resolution. Absolutely ridiculous and we are outraged by the service we’ve been provided after listening to the hold recording countless times say the customer experience is second to none. Think twice about doing business with Lester Glenn. More
Lester Glenn's "family" of dealerships will constantly upsell you for service that isn't needed. For service that you do actually need - even under warranty - they don't offer loaner vehicles. Not that they are backed up or out of vehicles - they just don't offer them unless you have a major issue AND bought the car from them, and even then you have to "negotiate" with your advisor (their words, not mine) to get one. What a terrible experience. I had to get a Takata airbag replaced under warranty, which costs the manufacturer potentially thousands of dollars in fines every day, and they were adamant that I would not get a loaner no matter how long I waited...and that wasn't the only time. Calling this dealership's service department is a waste of time. Good customer service rarely exists nowadays, but it seems to have NEVER existed here. More

Called December 2020 to have a fog lite replaced. It had to be ordered. They said they'd call when it was in. Waiting a year later for the call. Called 11/30 to get a device to unlock the wheels. Above and Beyond. That's how I would describe my experience on Friday, September 3, 2021, when I brought my Jeep in to have my tires rotated and balanced (since I had a shimmy when driving over 60 m experience on Friday, September 3, 2021, when I brought my Jeep in to have my tires rotated and balanced (since I had a shimmy when driving over 60 miles an hour) and for an oil change. The minute I drove into the service center I was directed to the Greeter's Desk to speak with my Service Consultant, Anne Marie. It was obvious that I was dealing with professionals. My Jeep was in good hands. Anne Marie kept me informed as to what was going on and the service was completed sooner that I expected, both, of which, are rarities these days. After checking out with Anne Marie, I was directed to my Jeep and drove away. The shimmy was completely gone and my Jeep was running great again. I would recommend this Dealership to anyone who owns a Jeep, regardless of where they bought it. I'll be back! More

customer service lacks I have dealt with your dealership for many years mostly with Jeep and Hyundai vehicles. I currently own 3 Jeeps purchased at your dealership. I have always found the sales department being very helpful but that seems to be where it ends. This last incident is what has prompted me to write to you with my review. I like I said own currently 3 jeeps, I took the radio from the 2012 and gave to my son for his jeep that he also purchased from Lester Glenn, well after installing we found that we needed a code for the radio. I left a message on Sat for your service department as to what I needed, NO RESPONSE, I called Monday morning and spoke to a women and explained what I needed, she looked it up and had the info on the vehicle, put me on hold and came back to say I might need an appointment ??? I no longer have the radio in my vehicle, so I guess the appointment was so you could charge me ? She said it had to go to the service manager and he would call me back this was at 9:15 am. NO RESPONSE, I called again and left a message (this time not so nice)at 3pm . It is now 10:30 the following day and still NO RESPONE. So, I called Manahawkin Jeep and asked them, amazing she put me on hold, came back about 30 seconds later and gave me the code. SO GUESS WHERE MY BUSINESS WILL BE WHEN IT COMES TO BUYING A NEW VEHICLE . Maybe you should stop sending stupid happy birthday robo calls and start concentrating on customer service More
