Ed did a great job in discussing the various buying options available to us i.e. comparing the advantages/disadvantages of buying new vs a certified pre-owned vehicle. Ed was always courteous and never pushed us into buying something we were not comfortable with. This was probably the most relaxed I have been in purchasing a car in a long time. Ed took the time to explain the features of the car we were going to purchase so that we knew what to expect from the vehicle. The only downside from the experience was the length of time spent at the dealer (approx. 5 hrs) seemed a little long (It was a busy Saturday which could help explain the the long wait). Overall this was a very positive car buying experience and I would certainly recommend this dealership to family and friends. More

He took into consideration my lifestyle and my budget. We narrowed it down to a Sonata. He then worked on the packages and colors and never once made me feel pressured. When we found what I really wanted there was a little price difference. But then Mike and Sam came through for me and worked on several financial institutions to get the interest rate down and put my payments in a comfortable range. The really extended themselves. In case you did not know, I am a woman and never felt like they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes. My entire family said I got a great deal. I am recommending them to everyone that I know. And I LOVE the car. More
We drove from Philadelphia, 54 miles, to Lester Glenn's dealership because they had the color hyundai we wanted when no one else had it. They were very aware how much we wanted the car, yet they still bea dealership because they had the color hyundai we wanted when no one else had it. Dan, the salesman, was very cordial, personable, and efficient. He did not pressure us in any way. Kuddos for a nice car buying experience!!! More
