I went in to Lester Glenn to purchase my eighth Subaru with a high mileage, but otherwise clean Subaru Forester and next to no money extra, only a single months’ payment. As I mentioned this is my eighth Subaru, seven of them from Lester Glenn, so I know a lot of people there. Finding my usual salesman John had retired, so I spoke with my favorite Service Rep, Kathy Ottmer and she suggested Ann Marie Napoli who was new to the dealership but was an experienced sales person. Ann Marie was friendly and ready to do business. She showed me several vehicles to help me get one I could afford. Then she helped me put a deal together, talking to her boss, John to get me a deal we both could live with. I was not two-faced or rushed to close one time. John fought to get me a payment I could afford and we did a deal. Generally, the most annoying part of the business of buying a car is the money part. Mike their F&I guy was not only pleasant and efficient, he explained everything and reduced a trying time to a brief pleasantness. Not only did I get a great deal, nearly 20% off the MSRP, but a got a great Outback too. And then Ann Marie spent over an hour when I am certain she just wanted to go home, making sure I knew how to operate my new car and all its features. Josh was great to work with, he answered all our questions. We were contacted to bring our 2012 Subaru in for early trade in on a lease. We did and Josh got us into a 2014 and we were able to get questions. We were contacted to bring our 2012 Subaru in for early trade in on a lease.
