DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I purchased two vehicles on the same day from this location. As an active-duty military member, I needed to register both vehicles out of state. I purchased two vehicles on the same day from this location. As an active-duty military member, I needed to register both vehicles out of state. I was explicitly told by the dealership that they could handle this process. After more than 45 days of delays and no paperwork being submitted, we were forced to gather the documents and complete the registration ourselves. During this process, we discovered something completely unacceptable: one of the vehicles we purchased was not the vehicle that was actually provided to us. It is inconceivable that a dealership could fail to recognize for over 45 days that the wrong vehicle had been delivered. This error could have resulted in serious legal consequences, including potential arrest. When we brought this issue to the dealership’s attention, no one accepted responsibility. Every individual involved shifted blame to another dealership or employee. Even after escalating the matter to the CEO, the only compensation offered was a free car cleaning, which is grossly inadequate given the severity of the mistake and the risk imposed on us. This has been, without question, the worst vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic safeguards is alarming. I strongly advise others to avoid doing business here. More
