The dealership had the vehicle we were looking for with our preferred interior and exterior colors. The dealership was efficient throughout the process but the best part of the experience was our salespers our preferred interior and exterior colors. The dealership was efficient throughout the process but the best part of the experience was our salesperson, Joe Zegarelli. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to do business with throughout. It is obvious that Joe has a lot of experience and represents Lexus of Birmingham very well. In reality, I could have gone to another dealership and saved over $1000.00, but I wanted to do business with Joe. The Finance representative was very effective and efficient as well, although I didn’t finance the vehicle. I paid cash. More

Will was very helpful during the sales process! He was great about following up with me and answers questions during the process. My only concern is that I made it clear to Will and Patrick (fina He was great about following up with me and answers questions during the process. My only concern is that I made it clear to Will and Patrick (finance) that I did not want any of the add ons. My old Lexus did not do well at trade in so I was a little flustered and missed that PermaPlate was an add-on. I did not discover this until I was setting up my new insurance. I called both Patrick and Will last week to discuss but neither have gotten back with me. Please have someone contact me to resolve this 205-335-3135 More
