During the short periods where we were waiting, he was professional and personable. Definitely an asset to the business. Aaron Schreiner demonstrated all of the features and tech with my car. He is articulate, great at moving topic to topic, and answers questions succinctly.  Very patient. He met me at my level of understanding and has excellent product knowledge. This is the guy every software company should have to train people on new products. Josiah Sadek's work in the finance office was quick and efficient. He answered all of my questions, and I was never pressured to buy extra products I didn't want. I was in and out quickly without feeling trapped to hear a two hour-long explanation about every extended warranty! Overall, this is not the stereotypical dealership or car buying experience.
