When I got my car back I didn't notice but later I found a yellow bungee cord wrapped around the underside of drivers side headrest and the drivers seat won't retract when I unbuckle the seat belt. I have gone in to the settings and it is set to full retraction. It was working when I dropped my car off. It's one of the features I missed most while my car was in the body shop for over 6 weeks. I need to know where to take it to be fixed. I do not ever want to go back to Capital Collision.
