She answered every question we had and provided us with information so we could compare vehicles and make the best selection. After selecting two vehicles, she diligently worked with us negotiating prices until we got the best deal. We left with our number one choice and with all of the amenities we sought. The dealership provided plenty of convenient customer parking, a huge inventory on site, and a comfortable, welcoming, professional athmosphere inside. We were impressed from the moment we walked in. Vince Mazzula was very helpful in showing us the different features of the RX 350 and set his team on a search to find the car from another dealer with the colors that my wife and I desired. By the way the receptionist was most pleasant in her greeting and made us feel very much welcomed last Monday 3/24/14. On Friday Vince called to say that they found the car that we wanted and it could be picked up either on the 29th or the 31st. We made arrangements for a Saturday pick up and enjoyed a very comfortable ride home to Lancaster. My wife and I are looking forward to enjoying our new Lexus! Thanks for the experience. I approached the leadership with the intention of trading my fairly new car for a Lexus ES 350. I met with Craig Lunsford who took the time to explain to me the advantages of the model I had in mind. Subsequently, we visited the dealership with my wife and, once more, Craig was very helpful and extremely courteous. That Friday night we purchased a new Lexus ES 350 and we picked it up the following week. After picking the car up we had some questions and again every person in the dealership, i.e. the service department, was very courteous and very helpful. More
