My Review of Lexus of Englewood:
While the service at the time of the sale was fine, subsequent visits to the service dept have left me less than impressed with this dealership. The service dept can be rude and too often have I seen disgruntled clients. I felt I was the victim of serious price gauging insofar as labor was concerned. I will think twice before doing more business here.

My Review of Lexus of Englewood:
The sales people there are so sales driven that I (the customer) couldn't focus on a product that was right for me. I should have realized that this car buying experience wasn't going to be good when these "Sopranos" type sales person walked up to me and greeted me with a "How You Doin?" I would have expected a more relaxed atmosphere where I could browse the cars that I wanted and when it was time for me to purchase I can count on someone knowledgable to answer all my questions without having me put a deposit down first. I went to another dealer that was further away and received the luxury car buying experience that I wanted.
