I had transmission shifting problem with my 2005 Lexus ES 330. I brought it in to Rockville Center Lexus and met with service manager Mr. Craig Jacobson. I describe the car performance to him. Horrible Experience at this dealership. Full of lies, from the salesmen to the managers i dealt with. Walked into the dealership looking for a Lexus IS350 F-Sport. Wanted to test drive one but they sa from the salesmen to the managers i dealt with. Walked into the dealership looking for a Lexus IS350 F-Sport. Wanted to test drive one but they said they have no F-sports in stock, just a non F-sport 350 which i asked if i could test drive, since they both have the same engine. He showed me the car and says we just got this today and it still has the plastic on seats and the white sheets on the outside and cannot be test driven until all that is removed. However, he will be getting an F-sport this weekend and told me to come back. Manager came over and said the same thing. I come back on Saturday morning around 10AM, he tells me the F-sport just got sold and the owner took it home. This was in June, the car is not supposed to be sold to the public until July 1st as per Lexus which Max told me the first time i was there. So basically he lied about the whole F-sport being in stock when he never even had it. Other lies, the IS 250 uses regular gas instead of premium which is false. This guy has been working there for 2+ years and yet i know this fact that all IS's require premium. As for negotiating a pricing, they were terrible to deal with. Unlike the other dealers, these guys would not negotiate and gave me outrageous lease figures which i could not believe. The amount were close to a LS even though i asked for a IS lease price. On another note, even the lady who called me initially told me they had a F-sport 350 in stock available to be test driven but in fact they had none. I would avoid this dealer, they are all xxxx and terrible people to work with. No wonder i never even heard of this dealer until i was shopping for a lexus. Stay away and avoid at all costs if you want to save your money and precious time!! More
I called ahead of my visit to let the salesperson know when I would be coming and which cars I specifically wanted to see. He was not there when I arrived. The sales rep. gave us the final numbers and we were pretty satisfied so we informed him we would finalize the deal the next day. I decided to give one more dealership a try. I made a phone call to Lexus of Rockville Center. I spoke to a sales rep. named Mike Fiore and he assured me that he could help me and that he would get me the car I wanted at a reasonable price that I would be satisfied with. The initial transaction was handled over the phone with no glitches at all. Completeing the final paperwork and picking up the car was just as flawless. Mike Fiore is a consummate professional who takes pride in what he does. He seems to understand the stress a prospective buyer goes through. Mike has the patients and understanding needed to excel in his line of business. More

The performance is excellent. I feel comfortable whenever I drive it. Furthermore, the sales person is very courteous and accommodating.
