Last weekend, I made an appointment to go in to look at hybrid SUVs. I spoke with Jim. When I arrived, Jim greeted me at the door because maybe he was "next up"? When I introduced myself to him he had no i hybrid SUVs. I spoke with Jim. When I arrived, Jim greeted me at the door because maybe he was "next up"? When I introduced myself to him he had no idea why I was there. He said, "C'mon" and walked me to the front desk where it was noted that I had called to make an appointment, with Jim, but I had not been "set up". Jim was asked if he would "take me" and somewhat reluctantly he agreed. Did I say that no one apologized for the screw up?!?! After he completed a phone call and sent a text, we spoke a bit about what I was interested in and, again, he said, "C'mon, and led me to some SUVs outside. I looked at the SUV model that I liked best while Jim sent another next. After deciding to test drive an SUV, Jim completed the paperwork and, again, said, "C'mon." Never once did Jim call me by my name instead speaking to me as if I were a puppy with instructions to c'mon. Oh, did I say he was a bit distracted with his text messages?!?! Jim provided a good review of the driving instruments before I took off. I returned from my test drive and shared with Jim that I didn't like the weight of vehicle on the freeway. And in my head I knew that I didn't like the treatment I had received either. However, I thanked Jim for his time. Did I mention that Jim didn't walk me out nor wish me a good day or... wait for it... anything else? C'mon Jim! You can do better than this. More
We have been a Lexus customer for the past 8 years and bought two certified RX 350. The second one we bought around December 2018 included the prepaid maintenance service, and don't drive much, only about bought two certified RX 350. The car failed to start last week and towed to the factory for service. Found out the battery dead plus two tires needs to replace and we should pay for all of this. Got horrible response when tried several times to reach the sale guy and customer support. We never expect this kind of bad experience with a famous brand like Lexus. More

lack of follow up two star for the manager for being kind enough to be respectful when talking to customer micheal cartisano. but for the rest of my experience with thi two star for the manager for being kind enough to be respectful when talking to customer micheal cartisano. but for the rest of my experience with this dealership its sucks..a very long story to tell i might run out of space if i wrote it down here..salesman Doan still stuck on the old ways of selling cars completely..its like a shark waiting to sign a victim for the contract then waiting for the commission if i tell the whole experience here it will embarrassing for the dealership...im not a important customer but this review will be important to the buyers in the future ...learn how to follow with your customer and let them know whats going on and the option that they have in the table available for them..not like let them hanged and wait..my credit is not perfect in the world but i came this dealership because of plenty of good review and im ready to buy and put a good enough downpayment or more..but its alright if this dealer lost my business..theres a lot of dealership in the bayarea it just happened the car i wanted and liked its in your dealership.(Micheal Cartismo if doan is under your team pls teach him how to be proper to address the issues (thats part of your job if your the sales manager or put him to a extensive training )not saying your approved but put your wife in the application you can go home now ) what the xxxx is that. GM- Lexus Fremont, execute an exemplary customer service, as well as authentic kindness. I went to this dealership last Friday, 7/2/20 to do my initial step in finding the right car for me. I had the great experience in dealing with Jimmy W. who was very patient in answering my endless questions, and had an awesome test drive. No pressure from Jimmy which made me feel comfortable since I'm not ready to sign-up for anything at that moment, but committed to come back the next day. As I was leaving the Lexus compound, my personal car's engine suddenly turned off and I was stuck. I called for help and 3 very kind-hearted men (William M, Jimmy W. and Monty M.) came to rescue me. They had ensured my car was stored safe temporarily and that I get home safely. As I am writing this review, it brings me great joy to know that there are true great men out there who are the kind anybody should be dealing with in doing business as they have your best interest in mind. I highly recommend and respect Mr. William M's team of Lexus Fremont! More

Believe or not these facts are unknown area for sale people at Magnusson Lexus of Fremont and their managers. I'm a repeat customer to Magnussen Lexus and was trying to buy my 4th car from that dealership. Please think twice it you think thin that I got and special treatment. The staff was ignorant and the management not much better. Please believe me that their message: " We value our customers" means nothing or next to nothing. I will never bring my business to this place again. More

He was very unpleasant and rude to me not realizing that I will not only returning my car but looking to sign for new contract as well . He mistreated me only because I was a woman, leaving in the middle of conversation and talking with disrespect . I was so mad that almost decided to leave Lexus for good . All the staff were very friendly however when signing the paper work I felt a bit rushed by the other salesmen constantly looking into the room waiting for finance to close my deal so they could make their next sale. I was also extremely disappointed when I received my car from the dealership it was disgustingly dirty. The car was worse when I test drove it and I was promised a fully detailed car but maybe this is the standard for buying a certified used car from this dealership. More
