No Pressure Tristan went out of his way to accommodate me buying the car, returning to pick it up later and helping me to feel comfortable with the car. I applaud his patience and ability to juggle several things at once. The paper signing process and payment went smoother than expected. I would have rated the dealership higher, but previously the service dept was unable to find the leak in my first Lexus and the car detailing people broke my pocket sling and did an incomplete job. Overall though, I appreciate that so many of the employees are happy to work for Magnussen and it shows in their work. More

My car buying experience at Magnussen Lexus of Fremont My experience buying my car at Magnussen Lexus of Fremont was exceptional. I bought the RX 450h. I went in as my lease on my ES300h was ending and n My experience buying my car at Magnussen Lexus of Fremont was exceptional. I bought the RX 450h. I went in as my lease on my ES300h was ending and needed buy a new car. Gabe approached my husband and myself as we entered the show room and asked if he could help us. We test drove the NX hybrid but found is small inside so test drove the RX and loved it. I was particular of the exterior and interior color and Gabe patiently helped me find the car I wanted. Gabe went above and beyond to find me the car with the options I wanted. Gabe gave us his full attention and customer service and I was able to drive my new car home that same day. I received excellent customer service from Gabe. Then we went to Alex to sign all papers and Alex was also very patient with us in deciding on the additional option offered. Alex was very though in explaining the options and the specials that were available. We are really happy with out new car and the customer service we received from Gabe and Alex. More
