really bad service from front desk to manager I bought used Acura RDX and leaved at the dealer to fix the wheels...I called back for the next day to confirm I could pick up the car.... but the fr I bought used Acura RDX and leaved at the dealer to fix the wheels...I called back for the next day to confirm I could pick up the car.... but the front desk quick connected me to the sales and I had to hold on phone over 30 minutes and no once could find the salesman..I had to hung up and called back many times and asked her to connect me to the sales manager ...and also no once picked up I was on phone waiting for the phone kept rang . Finally I left the message my name my phone # to manager I forgot the name but no one called me back . The salesman Bernie told me my car guaranty bumper to bumper but once I saw the front bumper loose I asked him to fix for me he said ..he didn't know they could fix it or not ..Is that right? before I didn't pay for the car yet they were really good service but after I paid it ..their behavior absolutely change ..he said called me back to make appointment...I did make appointment with him on Sunday 3/ 17 to fix me front bumper but he texted me back said I couldn't see you today for the loaner ...Could some top manager at Magnussen Lexus give me the answer? Is that the way you guy treat your customer? More

Jim Maroudas is an excellent sales person!! I purchased a used 2015 Lexus GS 350 F sport from Manussen Lesus of Fremont on 3/3/19. Jim Maroudas was my salesman. I walked into the dealership in t I purchased a used 2015 Lexus GS 350 F sport from Manussen Lesus of Fremont on 3/3/19. Jim Maroudas was my salesman. I walked into the dealership in the market for a used IS or GS F sport. I walked in and asked the receptionist for a sales person. They paged an for availble sales person and I was assigned Jim Maroudas. I was torn between the IS and GS F sport models. Jim was very accommondating and allowed me to test drive 2 of each F sport models. Bottom line, I walked out with a Magnussen certified, 2015 GS 350 F sport and it was very pleasant experience!! Overall Magnussen Experience This was for new car purchase. The interaction and Sales support was excellent. So the rating is just for the Sales Experience. However, I later decided to purchase some accessories from your Service/Parts department. Called multiple time could not get a person to answer to see if you had the items in stock or needed to order. .Left a message , never got a call back. Decided to submit a on-line request. Still no follow-up or call back. Ending up coming into the dealership to purchase the parts . Had to order some of the accessories , therefore, need to schedule another trip back.. The person at the parts desk was helpful so no issue there. I will most likely take my car to another dealership for servicing as this does not seem to be an area that is monitored or focused on here. More
