I was not notified when my car was ready. I had to contact service dept. Was supposed to get a $30.00 Credit as per the E-mail I received. Had to ask the payment desk. The service I receive is always excellent. I'm given clear explanations of any required work and a reasonable expectation of the repair time. When I do choose to wait during the service, the lounge is clear explanations of any required work and a reasonable expectation of the repair time. When I do choose to wait during the service, the lounge is comfortable and (pre-covid) provides complementary coffee and snacks. However, bottled water is available still. My only complaint is that the loaner cars are frequently not cleaned between customers and this time was no exception. More
