No pressure, kind, patient and very helpful. Brandt was very helpful over email before I ever made it to the dealership to pick up my,car. Ramona and Brandt were extremely helpful and patient with me when I didn't have the correct paperwork from my lender. They came up with a plan to help me drive my car home that day, 3 1/2 hours away. Brandt and Mark were more than willing to teach me about Bluetooth set-up. I was scared to buy a car on-line, but Brandt made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Reinhardt team! More

I can't say enough about Brandt, not only is he a true professional, he is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He kept me informed all along the way on progress in finding the car. I just picked up my Lexus and SO love it!! Gorgeous car inside and out, exactly what I wanted. Brandt spent time explaining all the equipment on the car which is A LOT of equipment. I HIGHLY recommend Reinhardt Lexus and Brant!! I have never had such a pleasant buying experience and so thankful I happened to meet Brandt.. The entire purchase experience was so positive in every sense of the word. No aggressive hard sales techniques; just superior knowledge of the vehicles I wanted to look at so that I feel I made the perfect choice. I have never enjoyed driving a car as much as I do this one. Features I didn't think would be important to me such as the brake hold adds everyday convenience that I still marvel at. The cherry on the top is when Cody (sp?) called me to see if I had any questions on the technical features. I happened to be driving and he was able to immediately answer my questions which I could put into use right then. Highly recommend. More
