My wife and I went to Lexus of Nashville to look at the TX in person. While wondering around in the wrong place the finest gentleman, Bobby J, greeted us. He put the document in front of us and dismissed himself to allow my wife and I to discuss without a salesperson hovering over us. It was so refreshing and we were able to make a deal on my wife’s new, beautiful TX! Then we worked with Justin Redmon, the Business Manager for the financing. I have to say that the entire process was enjoyable and I felt that I was working with friends instead of sales/finance people. Also, I must mention Vernon who patiently worked with us through the orientation of the Lexus app and the tech of our new car.
