Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Horrible service. Car wasn’t ready when they said it would be and they never reached out to tell me it wouldn’t be ready. The service rep had an attitude.
