Bought My car at Lexus of Peoria and continue to shop and have my cars serviced there. Service workers are very helpful, they fix my cars and if there is a problem they don't give me any trouble about gettin have my cars serviced there. Jim was unprofessional and extremely arrogant. I've been a long-time Lexus owner. I've purchased 4 vehicles from Lexus of Peoria, 2 from Toyota and 2 from Heritage. I've always had excellent service until a long-time Lexus owner. I've purchased 4 vehicles from Lexus of Peoria, 2 from Toyota and 2 from Heritage. I've always had excellent service until the last several months. New management = sleazy snake-oil salesmen! It won't take long for other customers to come to the same realization. It's too bad that a very nice dealership is going down hill. More

My dad and I were searching for my 1st car online and I really liked the new IS. From my initial phone call to the moment I drove the car off the lot, they were great .
