My wife and I were looking for a new Lexus and went to Lexus of Riverside where Nick welcomed us asking if he could assist us. My wife was indecisive of what color and model she wanted between the RX350 Lexus of Riverside where Nick welcomed us asking if he could assist us. My wife was indecisive of what color and model she wanted between the RX350 or RX350L. Nick had the patience and brought cars down for her to decide. When she decided in the color and was ready to make her purchase we found out that car had just been sold. Nick found her a same color and model and said they could add the additional items to make it look the same. We went back and forth on pricing but finally Nick was able make numbers happened. Thank you Nick for your patience and assistance. We highly recommend Nick for your next Lexus purchase!! More

So I went to Lexus of Riverside to just go get a quote and end up actually getting my car of dreams and end up selling my car there as well. My "Amazing Experience" at Lexus Riverside This was an internet sales through Costco Auto Program. The purchase price was set before the appointment on 5/29. The appointment was made at 11:30-n This was an internet sales through Costco Auto Program. The purchase price was set before the appointment on 5/29. The appointment was made at 11:30-noon for a cash purchase on 5/30. My wife, my son, and I arrived around 11:20 am, and my wife sent a text to the Eric about our early arrival. We spoke with one of the sales associates at the entrance that we had an appointment with Eric, and he supposedly went to inform Eric because he came back and said Eric would be with us shortly. We waited in the lobby and walked around the showroom looking at the cars for 20 to 30 minutes. However, nobody approached us to ask whether we needed any help during the whole time. Even though we saw a few associates walking around, it seemed to us that the three of us were invisible in the showroom. We then approached another sales associate and let him know that we were still waiting for Eric. He went around to the sales manager’s office near the back but did not come back to inform us about the status. My wife texted Eric yet again but received no reply. At this point, we were all frustrated and upset. We waited another 15 minutes in the area outside the sales manager's office discussing whether we should walk into the office and ask the manager directly for clarification of the delays we were encountering. Finally, my wife decided to call the Lexus of Riverside sales office number to get some “Amazing Lexus Service Experience”. The third sales associate (I believe his name is Antonio) answered the phone and then came over to talk to us outside the office. At this point, we were all having our patience tested, and I was ready to cancel the whole deal and leave. Antonio then tried to get Eric and he might have also informed Troy, because he came over and tried to smooth things over. Eric finally showed up and told us that NO ONE told him that we were waiting for him in the lobby despite couple associates we spoke to. He also mentioned that he did not have his phone with him. In total, the three of us were being ignored in the lobby/showroom area for nearly an hour. Eric did offer to subtract another $100.00 off the purchase price we originally asked for and gave us free wheel locks. But this whole experience left a bitter taste in our mouths about Lexus of Riverside. We have been Lexus loyalty customers for over 20 years partly due to the high standards of services we received from other Lexus dealers: Longo and Crown Lexus. Frankly, we first went to Longo Lexus for our car prospecting and received good service as usual over there including a test drive. However, they did not have the exact car my son wanted. It was Eric who contacted us next day and let us know he had the car we were looking for. We then decided to purchase the car from this dealership by cancelling the appointment with Tustin Lexus in the same time-frame. We never expected such a bad experience from any Lexus dealers, and we thought it should have been easy and quick: no test drive needed and no loan application (cash purchase). However, it took us 4 hours for something that should have taken no more than 2 to 2 ½ hours from our prior experiences with other dealers. Furthermore, your Auto Part Department gave us the complete wrong all-weather mats we bought. We did not find it out until Eric helped us install them in the car. In the end, we were left questioning whether or not we had stepped into the right dealership. We cannot align this kind of service with the name of Lexus! Regardless, we would like to thank Mr. Eric Zhang's efforts for making this purchase for us. We have no intention of getting anybody in trouble or putting them on the spot. However, as a customer who has been happy with Lexus and its service from other Lexus dealers, we want to give our feedback on this visit and hope this dealer can provide better services that meet Lexus expectations to ALL customers who walk in the showroom. All associates should work as a team to help any customers under any situations such as absence of a receptionist once it is open for business!!! More

Ray our finance manager could not have been more awesome. I will recommend Nick to all my family and friends. The whole experience could not have been any better. More
I purchased a 2020 ES 350 on 5/26/2020 and Dell, my sales consultant, catered to my needs and felt no pressure at all. The whole process was short and pain free with no gimmicks. I am not sure where the disconnect was between departments and after driving for 1 hour and 40 minutes, it sure was a surprise to see a brand new car that is not clean. More
