My Review of Lexus of Sacramento:
Great car buying but terrible service department. They are inept and dishonest in their repairs. I even complained to the GM who to date has not returned my call. Damage to my vehicle is $1200 and they are refusing to repair it. Formal complaint filed with Lexus Corp. Office and awaiting response. I would never do business with these people again.
