The first services for my new vehicle were reasonable . I came in for the 15 k service which was way too expensive and did not include an oil change . All the items I was charged for are included for free when I go to Big O for an oil change .. sorry to say I paid it due to my time constraints however I will not be back unless it’s warranty work More
