They are used in agriculture and they are grimey, dirty and used in challenging situations. Your dealership being located in an affluent area, i think your mechanics make up problems just because they do not see these types of “ hard use “ vehicles on a regular basis or they do mot like to get dirty. So because of the way dealerships pay their mechanics nowadays, they try to stack the deck so to speak just because of how we use our vehicles We are a good customer We take care of our vehicles. I would like to see the mechanics take more pride in their work, like my service advisor does. More
