He showed care and concern about me as a person and didn't treat me as just another "sale" which I so appreciated. When I got into an accident, he was so helpful in going above and beyond to get me the necessary paperwork for my insurance. He was honest and so helpful with my second Lexus. I will always drive the extra miles to get my car serviced here even though there is a dealer closer to me. Not only is it pleasant to say hi to my new-found friend who still asks how I am doing as a concerned human being, but the service is way better than at other dealers. And you know that he is great when all the staff say they love him as well! Steve is the first pleasant car salesman that I have dealt with and made car buying a pleasant one!
