The next day dropped off my old car, picked up the new car and drove away. I have begun scheduled maintenance and found that process equally painless. We have returned to Watertown Lexus for almost all of our service. I tried the one in Norwood but returned to Watertown because of the way I am treated. I feel like a million bucks when I go in there! All of the staff there really go out of their way to make a customer feel welcome. As far as pricing goes, well, it is a Lexus, and they do run well for a very long time. Quality of work has been fine, and when there has been a problem, Chad makes sure it gets resolved completely, correctly, and always to our complete satisfaction.
