My Review of Lexus of Westport:
We thought it was very important for you to know about our excellent experience with this salespeople and dealership.

My husband and I needed to buy a sedan AND an SUV in one month, as we recently relocated from New York City. We originally chose to purchase two BMW’s, but after a dismal sedan purchase from BMW of Bridgeport, we opted to see what Lexus had to offer in an SUV.

Determined to find efficient, pleasant, overall good customer service, I walked into Lexus of Westport’s showroom and was promptly greeted by Christine Lavelanet. She was knowledgeable, gracious and approachable. I let her know my interests and she promptly showed me the available inventory. She assured me that we would have a completely different experience with Lexus if we gave them a chance, and she was right. We went on a fantastic test drive, where I got to drive the first and only Lexus I have ever driven. Matt Rigolli accompanied us, and was highly intelligent and versed in every gauge and feature of the truck. I was extraordinarily impressed with this sales team. That test drive, of a 2004 GX 470 led to my car purchase a little less than a week later.

As a mother of two toddlers, Chris was highly receptive and sympathetic to my circumstances. She was always prepared for our transactions, and tried to surpass all of our expectations. Chris even brought forms to my house, so that I did not have to sign them in the dealership. Chris came in on two of her days off to facilitate the transaction and prepare the SUV for delivery. She was always courteous, responsive, and kind.

The car was delivered to our home, as promised. She even brought flowers. What a difference between this experience and that of our sedan purchase with BMW of Bridgeport!

Lexus of WESTPORT proved it deserves our enduring trust and future business.

My Review of Lexus of Westport:
I had a 2000 GS 300 and have never been happier. The employees that I have dealt with at Lexus of Westport in Fairfield were always friendly and attentive from the moment I walked through the door. Anytime I had a concern about my car they always were very eager to help me. Due to my extreme pleasure with my GS and the overall experience of Lexus of Westport I recently purchased a 2006 GS 430, when a service advisor could not help with a question about connecting my bluetooth phone to my car he directed me to the service manager, Mike Jackson. Mr. Jackson was extremely helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend the service center for Lexus of Westport.

My Review of Lexus of Westport:
In Jan 2006 I bought a new 2006 ES330 from Lexus of Westport. By May 2006 it had been in the shop almost 3 weeks and had a number of repairs performed, including replacement of the drive train. By June 2006, it had more than qualified as a "new car lemon", per the dealer's own lemon law notices posted on their new cars and per the CT Lemon Law statutes.

To summarize a very long story, as of June 2006, the dealership refused to work on the car once I had a discussion with the service mgr. about the fact that this car was a qualified lemon. The dealership explicitly forced me into arbitration and litigation. Toyota corp. was also very uncooperative and silent on the matter. The dealership and the manufacturer's stance was - take me to court if you don't like it.

Let me emphasize here that this is a $34,000 that I paid for and both the dealership and the manufacturer refused to stand by their product and do the right thing for the consumer.

Therefore, I highly recommend that no one ever do business with this dealership or Toyota corp. because in the unfortunate event that you buy a defective product, you will be treated as I was, which can cost you much additional time, money, and grief.
