We quickly came to an agreement on price and they easily arranged shipping of the vehicle to my state of residence. These guys are really about customer satisfaction. I purchased a special vehicle and the following treatment was more than in line with the purchase. They arranged for service advisor, Riter Ennis to travel out of state to spend the day going over all of the features of the car. That caught our interest and when we learned the no-haggle price we were sold. We saved thousands compared to the price of a new conventional car and got the hybrid we wanted. We had intended to shop around, but the no-haggle pricing and dealer certification program made it easy to buy without feeling we had to shop to get the best deal. Doug was a no-pressure guy.
