I bought my Sierra EV from another dealership in the Phoenix area. I found a manufacturing defect in one of the doors of the truck. I was greeted by Rick Kinslinger in the Service department who quickly assured me they would make my vehicle right. Rick was a model of professionalism, keeping me updated along the way and going the extra mile to arrange a loaner vehicle that was comparable to my Sierra EV. Even though it is a long way to travel for me to visit this dealership, I will now use Liberty GMC for ALL my service needs from now on. Just be prepared for the shock. Also, if Desiree, sales manager, is working on your deal just get up and walk away. Waste of time at that point. More
