I wish I could give Liberty Hyundai 10 stars but they only have five stars. I just traded in my old Kona for an Fabulous new Tucson TANYA ROMAO is the most incredible sales person. I can’t tell you how many car purchases and l leases I’ve been involved in and I have never had an experience go so smoothly. I kept on expecting the normal to happen…. Playing games at the end…, You know, right? Not with Tanya. She’s absolutely the most professional, respectful, responsive , honest, and most importantly, “play no games” sales person I’ve ever dealt with. I just traded in my Kona and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Then I got to work with Dylan, who is now the finance manager. What an incredibly great young man. The whole transaction was beyond belief. I knew exactly what I was going to pay when I got there, and there were no quibbles about anything. I can’t say enough about them. I told them, I will never go anywhere else, and I mean it. I wish I could give both of them 10 stores. I forgot one more thing. Happy birthday, More
I was searching for a CPO Santa Fe and it lead me to Liberty Hyundai. Their reviews online were good so I reached out. I found a vehicle in their inventory that I was interested in, photos were good. Tanya reached out to me and was very helpful and responsive without being overbearing. I decided to take the ride to the dealership 45 minutes away and check out the car. They let me take a long test drive. The car was in great condition and I decided I wanted to purchase it. When we negotiated a price I felt that they were honest and did not play any games which I appreciate. I appreciated Eddie's, the sales manager, straight forward approach. When I came back to pick up the car the finance office did a great job. They offered me some additional add ons but did not try to push anything. Tanya also did a great delivery going over all the features of the vehicle. There was a small issue that I noticed at the time of delivery but the dealership assured me it would be taken care of promptly. They ordered the part right away. I had to return when the part came in and the service department did a great job. Everything was covered, again no surprises, no stress. The dealership is also very modern and inviting; the waiting lounge is roomy and well equipped. Overall this was a great car buying experience and I would highly recommend Liberty Hyundai. More

Service department sucks first off no one answers the phone if you are trying to make an appointment you have to call parts and xxxxx to them to transfer you and then finally after getting some dipxxxx o phone if you are trying to make an appointment you have to call parts and xxxxx to them to transfer you and then finally after getting some dipxxxx of the phone they hang out and have to do it all over again finally got an appointment a month from now that’s ridiculous I have to drive a broken car for a month before I can get in the shop More
Service advisor, Dominick Pulgarin, lied about submitting warranty paperwork and had my vehicle sitting at the dealership for 5 weeks with no loaner car given. I had to get corporate involved and the only co warranty paperwork and had my vehicle sitting at the dealership for 5 weeks with no loaner car given. I had to get corporate involved and the only communication I had regarding my car was from my case manager in corporate. I told my case manager that no one at the dealership was communicating with me properly. I left several voicemails and emails with Dominick, Steve and Jim and no one ever reached out to me. It’s a shame such service was given and it really made me never want to purchase a Hyundai ever again. More
Worst service bring car in for recall told it would be done by 5 and not a call nothing. Called the next morning car was not even looked at service was rude. I have bought over 8 Hyundai here and spend over 200k customer for 18 years but am done dealing with Mary at customer service she is beyond rude. After 15 years of buying myself family and friends must say goodbye due yo their failure to honor warranties to fix broken down or issues in a timely manner work that is required to drive the car is 30-90 say goodbye due yo their failure to honor warranties to fix broken down or issues in a timely manner work that is required to drive the car is 30-90 days out but oil changes they do put first 2-3 weeks out…..had to pick up car that needs new hood sensor due yo failure under warranty without fix was told may 9 th to set appt and then not sure when a week or two after that per the girl….and they will have to order part after that…time for new type of car I knew this summer myself planning on my daughter getting rid of her Hyundai probably by next summer and also buy her a different brand. In the meantime hope nothing breaks down. More
Brought my 2015 Santa Fe in cause the check engine light was on...i had no appointment, turns out the code for the light being on was a very bad code, pretty much meaning I needed a new engine. Jim Kenny t was on...i had no appointment, turns out the code for the light being on was a very bad code, pretty much meaning I needed a new engine. Jim Kenny told me that he would have someone take a look and try to flushing out the engine and see if this would help the problem. a few hours later car was ready. Unfortunately, I broke down 15 mins later, turns out I needed an engine replacement. I had my vehicle towed in and Jim Kenny,Steve Patzkowski and Domenic Pulgarin helped me out. They did let me know that I would not have my car for a while, but I had been warned before. They kept me updated about the car and let me know that the engine replacement would be covered under the warranty. I am do glad I went to see them before I went to another mechanic. I am very happy with the service at Liberty Hyundai. More
This was the most horrible dealer experience I've ever had. My son and I walked into the dealer last night looking for a Tucson but they didn't have any in the showroom. I asked the salesperson if they had any and she said, “they were outback”. The three of us walked outside and she pointed to one and said she’d get the keys. She went inside and somehow unlocked the vehicle. Me and my son went inside to see the features and sat there waiting for her so we could turn the vehicle on. We were sitting in this thing in the back of the building with barely any light and she never bothered coming back to see if we were interested. I guess she had better things to take care of instead of potential customers. Would definitely NOT recommend this dealership. More
