Despite our efforts to resolve the situation, we understand that you remain dissatisfied. Please note that we have previously offered to take the truck back, as confirmed in writing, but this offer was declined by the co-buyer over sixty days ago. Given the significant depreciation of the vehicle's value, any buy-back offer at this stage would reflect the current market value. Thank you for your feedback. You initially mentioned that some emissions parts were missing. We asked you to bring the truck back so we could inspect it, but you chose not to do that and just wanted us to be aware of the issue. You expressed that you still wanted the truck, so we offered a refund if you were willing to let us inspect it. However, you declined the inspection and signed a release stating that the truck had all its parts. A few months later, we were contacted by the co-owner of the truck regarding the missing emissions parts. We explained that the issue had been resolved based on your earlier confirmation. We were then visited by a DEP agent who reviewed the situation and confirmed that we had done nothing wrong. Despite this, we’ve received a negative review. Please know that we did offer a refund and tried to resolve the issue to the best of our ability. We are committed to adhering strictly to all regulations and laws, including those concerning emissions and vehicle compliance. We take such concerns seriously and ensure that all our vehicles meet legal standards. If you have any further concerns, please let us know. We’re here to help.
