I had definitely by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership and would come back just for the coffee and donuts and saying Hi to Chris but Chris Brown is the one that you have to ask for otherwise you may not be in the right hands!!! Everyone there was nice as heck, to the Finance manager, Nathan who did our paperwork.. The time does take a little more than just an hour but I knew that coming in and the time it took to pick out the right vehicle and then have Chris work with Ariel and Angel for the best price and trade value I was able to get anywhere in the area, and believe me I shopped 6 different dealers and went to 4 of them in the DC, VA Area!!! Manassas is a Joke and not worth the hour and 45 minutes I waited just to have the person hand us off to someone who didnt know the vehicle at all and I think was just hired yesterday. Chris Brown, Thank you for Being the awesome person you are and dont change... YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!! More

Inspection after purchase I bought a ZL-1 and by the time I was ready to take delivery, it was dark outside. They pulled the car into the front parking lot and after several minutes of chat I left. I went directly home and parked the car in the garage where it sat for almost 3 weeks. I pulled it out to wash it and do a little paint correction, during which I discovered a curb rash on the driver side front tire. Of course, the dealership didn’t take ownership of the damage. My point....make sure u inspect your new purchase throughly before u drive off the lot! More

After buying 4 cars there NEVER AGAIN.. Rediculous. I really wanted my Red Camaro so after husband coming in with gruff faces, ended up paying $1500 more than Internet price , after they wanted $3500 more. Finance man was VERY rude, as well as first 2 salesmen AND I WAS PAYING CASH,,,. They ended up sticking me with a young new guy that took pity but he was no help. We buy & sell a lot of cars. My husband does a lot o pre research and this is the only dealer who DOES NOT honor their Internet Ad pricing. Yesterday because we had to leave for an appointment NEXT MAN UP THE POLE said he’d call us in an hour. NO CALL. Forget Lindsay. Most all Sales folks been there under 10 months. Their responses overall are less than adequate. DONT GO TO LINDSAY. We have in past as we live 2 miles away but NEVER AGAIN. May get a nice Jeep from folks down the road where after we left keep emailing us. They want our business. GET A CLUE LINDSAY p.s.: their reply below to me is a CANNED RESPONSE they put under all poor reviews. Don't buy a used car at this dealership I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Traverse in July 2018 with 32,498 miles on it. I purchased it at Lindsay Chevrolet, 15605 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Woodbridge I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Traverse in July 2018 with 32,498 miles on it. I purchased it at Lindsay Chevrolet, 15605 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Woodbridge, VA. I've only had it for 6 months and I've experienced major issues with this vehicle. The vehicle only has 40,000 miles on it and it requires almost $5,000 in repairs. The vehicle is still under powertrain warranty however the dealership claims the previous owner changed the rear differential with a non-GM part which voids my warranty. I was not aware of this until of course after I brought it in to figure out what was wrong with it. I was told that this vehicle was a leased vehicle and why the previous owner would do this makes no sense. When the previous owner had this vehicle it was under bumper to bumper warranty and I don't buy their story. The sales department tried to work with me to trade it in, but either way I'm $5000 in the hole. The sales department manager Malcolm Cambell was pushy and kept trying to get me to agree on a new vehicle that I wasn't even interested in. The offered to give me $12000 for my car when I purchased for $22000. The sales manager said I should buy a new vehicle so I would not find myself in the same situation again. After hours being at the dealership I decided it would be best if I left because they lost my trust and I felt like they were trying to get more money from me. I paid for the $135 diagnostic fee and took my car as is. I'm not giving this dealership another cent. This happened on January 15. I found a local mechanic to give me a quote and they quoted me at $2800 with GM parts, included labor and a free loaner car. After weeks without a car, being furloughed for 35 days, I am finally able to take my vehicle to the local mechanic and he tells me he would be able to confirm whether or not the service department at Lindsay story lined up with what was going on with my vehicle. The mechanic was able to confirm that the part is the original unit that came with the vehicle. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership and it will be the last. If you live in the DMV, please do not buy a car from this dealership, especially a used car. A vehicle only having 40k miles and needing a rear differential assembly & a differential clutch drum assembly is just crazy! This dealership quoted me the rear differential assembly part at $1811.26 but with GM the part is being quoted at $978. The differential clutch drum assembly was quoted at $1190.82 and with GM $643.04. I don’t like to share my business like this but this is just wrong on so many levels. This dealership still has the nerve to keep calling me to ask if I’m interested in trading in my vehicle and purchasing a new vehicle. I received a call from them yesterday afternoon and I told them not to call me again unless they were calling to make this right. The nerve!! More

2018 2SS 1LE... WOW I typically do not leave reviews for anyone! But, first time for everything. I purchased a 2018 2SS 1LE and I also traded in my INFINITI G37S; by the I typically do not leave reviews for anyone! But, first time for everything. I purchased a 2018 2SS 1LE and I also traded in my INFINITI G37S; by the way is the perfect budget sports car and awesome on gas. Anyway, my sales rep was Darryl Dunn, great guy. I stayed longer than I wanted, but Darryl was a good guy, easy to talk too. Well; they gave me $1500 more than what I was priced for my Trade-in; how can anyone write a bad review about that! This is my first car I've bought new, and I love to drive and this Camaro is a pure drivers car! Once those sticky tires warm up; it can hug a corner. Overall, I had a good experience, and I am part of the Chevy Family now! One thing I will say I do HATE... this engine break-in... Really!!! Not saying I want to rip through a new set of rear tires, but, I would like to drive 80mph.... SO, I am in a slight dilemma; not trying to rush my 1,500 break in service; but I might speed up the process a little. Thanks Darryl; and the Chevy Team... I'll see you in a couple years for the ZL1!
