They ran my boyfriend’s credit and Angel refused to give the actual numbers for the banks who approved. Capital One’s monthly offer was significantly a little bit higher than GM Financial’s offer. Angel used this to sell my boyfriend the gap insurance to which he said no to two times. He stated that my boyfriend would be paying the same amount anyway with the gap insurance included. What was fishy was he only gave us GM Financial’s offer if we get the gap insurance, which means that GM Financial’s base offer for just the car is lower than what Capital One was offering. It only amounted to the same amount as Capital One because he insisted on adding the gap insurance. When I wrestled him with the information, he fed us random reasons. He even contradicted himself throughout the conversation. The sales consultant, Larry, was pleasant but Angel made this experience xxxx for somebody who’s buying a car for the first time. He knew it and he took advantage of that. He even refused to let us talk to somebody else. This nothing short of the word “fraudulent” if you ask me. More

I went to Lindsay Chevrolet with the intention to value my 2014 Cruze after I was contacted by Jocelyn to come in and see what it was worth and she got me in contact with Alfonso and Larry! I went there and was able to test drive the 2020 Silverado while my car was being appraised. I feel in love with the truck and thanks to help from these three individuals (Jocelyn, Larry and Alfonso), I am now sitting in an amazing 2020 Chevrolet Silverado and got an amazing trade in deal for my Cruze. He answered all my questions thoroughly and worked with me on the pricing. The car was priced very fairly when compared to other dealerships, but you do have to keep in mind that they add on taxes and fees. I was able to work with Larry to come to a good price that worked for my budget. Larry went out of his way to provide excellent service, and had the car buffed to remove minor blemishes and had it detailed before my pickup. Just like other dealerships, the finance department (which acts separately from the car salesman) tries to add on warranty packages and service packages that can add up quickly, especially when they present the cost to you as an addition to your monthly payment. But on the sales side, the customer service was fantastic. They really take your needs into account and there wasn't any pressure to buy anything or upgrade anything. They were very patient and worked with all of my requests to get me a car that I felt good driving off the lot with. In the past, I've had buyer's remorse with other cars, but this time I felt great driving off the lot with a car that was at the price I wanted, and knowing that Larry had my back if I had any concerns or worries down the road. I would recommend Lindsay Chevrolet as a good place to buy a car if you have to go the route of buying from a dealer. More
