This is my third Lexus from Lindsay and we bypassed our local Maryland dealers and returned to Lindsay because the sales experience is so smooth, professional and enjoyable. This is my second Lexus purchased from Todd Banks. I called him on a Thursday and made an appointment convenient to me on a Friday. Todd was waiting,my license was on file, so we where off on a test drive in minutes. Todd asked if I wanted to go alone but I asked him along to explain the features. We tested the car on all types of roads and speeds. After the test drive we had preliminary discussion on price. KBB and Edmunds are required searches for appropriate pricing. I talked about comps I had seen and Todd pulled them up on his computer and we discussed them. I shared with Todd that I wanted my son to take a test drive and I returned the next day where Todd again gave us undivided attention. Not your stereo typical overbearing raw meat salesman. Todd was interested getting what we needed and desired. After final discussions on price and trade in ( again do your research and bring in a copy) we finished the paper work quickly. The financial folks were very fast and professional as well. We had some things done to the car so we didn't leave with it. When the work was done Todd delivered it to our house! That is service. After two cars, Todd finally agreed to call me Ed instead of Mr. If your really serious make it easy and enjoyable by calling Todd Banks. More

Bill Carter was extremely helpful in my selection process. However, he went above and beyond in making the process smooth and friendly. He also drove 45mins to my house and picked up my used auto a process. However, he went above and beyond in making the process smooth and friendly. Patti and I were the unfortunate victims of an accident that totaled our car. We needed a replacement vehicle, so we contacted my Service Advisor/Tammy Simone, who directed us to Lindsay Collision and Lin that totaled our car. We needed a replacement vehicle, so we contacted my Service Advisor/Tammy Simone, who directed us to Lindsay Collision and Lindsay Sales. She knew how these entities played into the process ... it required that my previous vehicle be properly handled with Lindsay Collision/Erick Cosme - receiving, reviewing, and reporting the findings for insurance purposes. Once this was received by the insurance entities involved, they responded that the reporting was comprehensive, professional, and complete. The insurance determined that the recommendation was accurate and honored the assessment. Not surprising, the insurance recommended using their "buying service," so we were contacted by two different dealerships. We went to a competitive No. VA dealer, first. Then, we contacted Lindsay Sales/Aaron Taylor. Although our first visit had people that heard us ... Lindsay listened to us. We struck an agreement with Aaron Taylor - providing us with several options and competitive pricing - and the transaction didn't stop there. The Financial Services Manager, Barbara Jajonie, fully engaged the financing process in a timely and professional manner that was understanding of our personal needs. We signed the finance documents that were more competitive as the insurance company's offer. My wife began suffering pain from the accident, so we could not remain at Lindsay any longer. Mr. Taylor and Mr. Ace Rezai/Lindsay Sales recognized her discomfort and expressed their desire to help the situation. It was resolved that the car would be prep'ed and delivered to me at a later date, so I could take Patti home for medications and rest. The car was delivered two days later by Alex Judice/Sales Technical Support. He patiently took the time to educate us on the car and was constantly attentive to Patti's delicate physical situation, which she greatly appreciated. There was an outstanding piece at the time of the delivery ... we were informed we would get an e-mail, when it was available, which we did get. Today, 01 Mar, I went to get the piece from Mr. Taylor. I was approached by Mr. Rezai, who stopped eating his lunch and came to the door where I was, and genuinely inquired, "How is your wife doing? I hope she is okay and continues to recover quickly." Throughout this entire ordeal, only because of the accident and its invasion of our personal time, the Lindsay staff displayed class, professionalism, and sensitivity to our circumstance and needs ... to the person. More

I have purchased more then a few new cars in my lifetime. Without question this was the best experience ever. I had done my research before arriving at the dealership and all my expectations were met. The quality of service extends beyond Jessica and included the finance manager Hwan Kim and many of the people I was introduced to in the service department. In a competive market there are many choices one can make. I beleive that we get one chance to make a first impression. My impression was that not only was I considered a valued customer, but treated with respest and dignity. When I left the dealership I knew I received superior service and my drive and time to get to Lindsay Lexus was worth it. This was the fourth Lexus I have purchased and would recommend this dealership without reservation. More importantly, I can think of no better sales person and true professional then Jessica Latzen. Our Salesman, Sid Ferzad, was nothing short o area but decided to go to Lindsey Lexus of Alexandria on spur of the moment and we are so glad we did. Our Salesman, Sid Ferzad, was nothing short of Superb. From the moment we walked in he was courteous and very attentive to our needs. He answered every question we had about the Lexus ES350 and walked us through all the options installed in the car. At no time did we feel any pressure to buy a car unlike at other dealerships. Even after the sale, Sid has been fantastic. He quickly returned our calls and answered any other questions or concerns we had. We have purchased many cars through the years and this, by far, has to be the best experience. These three gentlemen were awesome to work with. They were very forthcoming with their knowledge of the car as well as the loan processing. I went to Lindsay to do comparison shopping after I had visited another Lexus dealership in Chantilly, VA. I found the sales representative at Lindsay to be much more customer service oriented. Shah Kari visited another Lexus dealership in Chantilly, VA. I found the sales representative at Lindsay to be much more customer service oriented. Shah Karim was my salesman and was outstanding. He was very thorough in explaining the details and features of my RX450h. I am a very picky person and know what I want. I had to order my vehicle. Shah, on a regular basis, kept me informed on the status of my vehicle order. I was extremely satisfied with Shah's customer service. I was also very pleased with the very competitive pricing I received from Lindsay rather than the Lexus dealership in Chantilly. The price at Lindsay was much better. I strongly recommend this dealership and my salesman, Shah Karim. More
