On July 25 I brought in my hybrid Highlander for 4 new tires at 7:30am. I was told my vehicles service would be completed in 2 hours. At 9:25, I politely asked how much longer my Highlander would be. The assistant service manager said we are running 30 minutes behind. After another 45 mins my vehicle was still not completed. I asked how much longer he said 15 more mins. After almost another 30 minutes my car was all set. I had informed the service department I had two appointments I needed to go to. He did offer the shuttle but I could not come back later the afternoon to pick up my car so I declined it. I was at the dealership over 3 hours when I was told 2 hours. I was very upset with tears in my eyes. No one apologized. I called and left the GM a message to call me back. He had not returned my call. I understand how busy he is. I called again at 5:15. Jwan called me back. She was extremely rude and unpleasant. I was trying to explained to her what happened. However she kept interrupting me. All I wanted her to do was listen to my story and respond with an apology and say we will try to be more transparent with the length of the appointment times. Jwan lacked compassion and respect. She thought I was talking negatively about the service department but I was not. I also told her I have never had a problem with service until this appointment and how nice everyone. She should NOT be interacting with clients. She’s going to cost the dealership business More

The Wrong tires were put on my truck. I had to go back a second time because I was the one that caught the error.
