Poor experience My husband and I found a used car online that was at Lithia Dodge of Pocatello. When we pulled in staff was very helpful and let us know the specific car we were interested in was out for a test drive. We gave them our number so they could call us when it returned. An hour or so went by and we returned to Lithia Dodge. They stated the car was actually rented out to a lady that was interested in purchasing it. We were told that in order for them to get the car to the dealership for us to view we would need to write up an offer. I let them know I would not be writing an offer on a vehicle that I could not see and test drive first. We were then told again that they would try to get it for us and call if they had any luck that they were not sure if they could get it back. We received a call hours later that they had the car ready for us to test drive that it was actually lent to a lady that was having her car worked on. Due to us being very interested we returned to Lithia Dodge and ended up liking the car very much. When it came time to get numbers figured they were not willing to run what we were willing to do. They ran numbers with a large amount of money down and would not negotiate at all. They sent several employees over to try to push us into buying new vehicles on their lot which we did not care for. By the 3rd salesman coming to give us the same sales pitch on a car we did not like I stopped him and told him we were leaving. My husband over heard another gentleman tell the salesman to not let us leave and they kept telling us how good of credit we had and wanted to assist us in purchasing a car. We ended up walking out very disappointed in our experience. Moments later we ended up purchasing a car from a different dealership and do not plan on returning to Lithia Dodge of Pocatello. We then received letters in the mail stating we were denied to purchase a car which is total crap. Terrible customer service! More

Pleasantly surprised We had been looking at Hyundai Santa Fe's for quite awhile and when I made a quote request online I received a phone call from Brin In less than two m We had been looking at Hyundai Santa Fe's for quite awhile and when I made a quote request online I received a phone call from Brin In less than two minutes. Brin was curious how he could help me and when I told him what we were looking at he invited us to come at our leisure and offered to help us anyway he could. When we arrived at Lithia two days later, he met us with a smile and we began to ask questions. We found Brin to be very courteous and knowledgeable about the Santa Fe. Brin worked with us very late after closing to help negotiate a deal that we felt was fair and we are now the owners of a new Santa Fe. We are very happy with the attention and friendliness we were treated with and would recommend that anyone looking for a new vehicle but are hesitant to shop at a dealer, don't miss the opportunity to talk with these guys. They were great! More

Korry was very knowledgeable about everything on the RAM trucks. He offered suggestions for options. He showed us how things worked on the new truck. I bought my 2008 Hyundai Sonata here 7 years ago and I loved every minute of that car. I came back to Lithia to buy another one! Not a hyped up hybrid, but just a good ole' Sonata I hope to love just th loved every minute of that car. I came back to Lithia to buy another one! Camron sold my son a used Subaru around Thanksgiving, so we were hoping he'd be there to help me with this new purchase. He was, and he remembered us well and took us right through the process. Asked him not to run my credit just pull and he said he would not submit to anyone. Found out he submitted to several banks so you lost a costumer. I will not recommend dodge to anyone.
