Needed warranty repair on my Ram 3500. Service department never answered the phone and took 5 days to return my call. I asked if they were too busy for my business, he said they were and hung up department never answered the phone and took 5 days to return my call. We trusted the service department to fix our car and it ended up in worst shape then when we first brought it in. The touchscreen radio and GPS was broken while in there hands and they said it was “a coinc ended up in worst shape then when we first brought it in. The touchscreen radio and GPS was broken while in there hands and they said it was “a coincidence” and took no responsibility. It was a $20,000 car we bought only three months ago. We paid them hundreds of dollars and didn’t even receive a refund for the poor service we received. We eventually had to trade in the car because it was a lost cause and lost thousands of dollars.
