Tony was friendly and professional. Online scheduling is a xxxx show. Seems like a simple fix in a computer age. Clearly dealership like putting there high priced services somewhere els Online scheduling is a xxxx show. Seems like a simple fix in a computer age. I made an error about the time of my appointment for oil change. Bob went above and beyond to squeeze me into the line up and get my service done change. Bob went above and beyond to squeeze me into the line up and get my service done More

They did a tire rotation but didn’t bother to SET TIRE PRESSURE TO SPEC but on the bill it said they did it. I left and figured I’d do It myself instead of going back in there. I’ve tried getting out of t PRESSURE TO SPEC but on the bill it said they did it. I left and figured I’d do It myself instead of going back in there. I’ve tried getting out of the lifetime oil changes because of how horrible the customer service is. This is the first time I actually had someone nice attend me BUT they didn’t fully service my Jeep AGAIN. Usually I get horrible customer service AND they “forget”to do something in the service department too. I check my jeep beforehand since they always say they did something that they didn’t. Last time they left a random wrench under my hood. Another time they said they rotated my tires but they didn’t (I’ve learned to mark my tires beforehand). The guys at the service desks are just as much of a headache as the ones pretending to service cars. There’s always a bunch of guys at their desks but they just ignore me. I honestly don’t even know where to stand since it’s such an awkward layout. I’ve tried approaching a random desk in the past and they say they’re busy or someone else will attend me. It’s usually this short skinny guy who seems to always look miserable and doesn’t want to be bothered who ends up attending me. I noticed the miserable one took over after Jared (the nice one) so instead of having to deal with him, I decided to leave when I noticed that my jeep didn’t get fully serviced. I love my jeep but I just wish I got it someplace else. Even the day I got my brand new jeep I got horrible customer service. To have to go back for oil changes is honestly worse than going to the dmv for me. I’d choose any other Jeep dealer if I could do it again, I’d rather drive to Carson city instead of the one 7 minutes away from my house. More
