Went in to look at cars and a sells man approached us ask us if we were looking or buying. I told him I was thinking of buying a used car. He asked if we would sit down and start a credit application we said us if we were looking or buying. I told him I was thinking of buying a used car. He asked if we would sit down and start a credit application we said ok. He then took off for about an hour came back and told us he had us approved for a loan for a Honda civic that he picked out. Whenever even seen the car. They wanted 18,000 at 26 percent interest I looked at him and said noway I'm paying for a 18,000 car at that interest rate. The car was only worth 14,000. The dells man was just a crook.and the rest of the people that helped to try to screw an older couple are part of a dealership that more than likely tries to screw everyone that walks into their doors. I would go on about the rest of the story but it would take to long. All I can say is don't buy a car from this dealer they are the most dishonest place I ever have done business with. Watch out for The finance manager she is as shady as they come.no one ever returns your calls. At any rate I didn't buy a car from them they are a dirty dealership . More

This dealership by far is the worst and most deceptive dealership I have dealt with in my 72 years............. They added on all these extra fees almost $10K without ever disclosing them to me. They ha dealership I have dealt with in my 72 years............. They added on all these extra fees almost $10K without ever disclosing them to me. They have you sign and initial everything on a tablet which is hard to read and you cannot see everything as on a paper contract. I drove 225 miles to get this car and they kept me there 5-1/2 hours as I told them i didn't want to drive back home in the dark.... got home after 9:30 at night and read everything Sebastian Gonzales the finance manger added onto the contract which none was on the price sticker on the car!!! For a week straight I tried to call at least 20 plus times and left severall messages for all of them. Sebastian, George Lopez the sales manager or the general manager"Moose" Pohyar. I even called Lithia Corp in Oregon and left 3 messages there,!!!! NOT A SINGLE RETURN PHONE CALL TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM!!!! They also overcharge the doc fee which in California is $85 max, they charged me $850 - RIP OFF AGAIN! BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WHITH THEM!!! Now i have to go the legal route to try and get my noney back!!! More

Nilson, was amazing he went above and beyond and even stayed past their closing time waiting for us to get back from dinner. All of the folks there were amazing. The dealership was amazing to work with from start to finish. Susan in financing made everything a breeze to do the paperwork remotely and they even arranged to have it delivered it to us a couple hours finish.
