Stay away if you don't want to be ripped off. The sales staff including the general manager (if i remember correctly his name is Dustin) pull the usual car buying scams and lie about trade in amou The sales staff including the general manager (if i remember correctly his name is Dustin) pull the usual car buying scams and lie about trade in amount as they will charge you more for the vehicle you want to buy so your real trade in amount is really low. Basically they try and steal your trade in from you and make you think you got a fair price when actually the facts are they are swindling you and wanting you to pay more money for a used vehicle than it's original msrp. Then they will look you in the face and and lie and try and make you focus on your low interest rate but for 75 months it's not that low. Why do dealers need to be xxxx bags? Why can't they just be straight up with a person. Lithia Hyandai Of Reno is full of xxxx bags and they should not be trusted. Oh and don't fall for the sales person saying your getting a friend's and family discount. There is no such thing and again your bottom line is raised so they can take this mysterious friend's and family discount off your inflated price which will come out $1000 more just for agreeing to accept this shady sales technique of "your getting my last friends and family discount."There is not one honest person in this scam shack. Stay away and take your money elsewhere as these dishonest individuals do not deserve your hard earned money. What a joke this place is and I have never felt so taken advantage of and it makes me sick to my stomach how many good people they pull this shady business practice on each month. Just saying the local drug dealer has more character than any of these scam artists at Lithia Hyandai. Don't believe anything that comes out of this breeding ground of pure low life xxxx bags that will swindle every penny out of you. More
