Lithia Nissan of Bend has a sleezy, dishonest and unaccountable dealership culture. I have purchased about 10 vehicles from Bend Nissan over the years from the old "Smolich family" dealership. This unaccountable dealership culture. I have purchased about 10 vehicles from Bend Nissan over the years from the old "Smolich family" dealership. This is the first time with "Lithia Nissan of Bend". Purchased what was advertised as "certified Nissan pre-owned" but it wasn't serviced "certified" prior to sale, non-working and malfunctioning major parts with other issues "certified Nissan" cars are guaranteed not to have... I was charged $449 at sale for second key, dispite Nissan CPO checklist requires two keys. I was told by General Manager Ryan this was not true even though it's a public document available online, liar's... That's only beginning of the problems!!! Lithia Nissan of Bend didn't pay off the my trade-in vehicle for 3 weeks, intentionally. That critical failure caused massive problems with my Bank. Lithia Nissan insisted it was being paid off, but couldn't provide proof of pay-off just lame excuses. Because of complete lack of accountability on the Mercedes Benz pay-off. It's taken over a month of arguing to get the "certified pre-owned Nissan" up to "working" condition, but still has some issues, like being charged $449 for a second key, Nissan CPO checklist requires both key's prior to sale. I was assured everything would be handled. Lithia Nissan Bend is refusing to address the remaining outstanding issues. The upper management staff intentionally verbally insulted my wife for holding them to account. The General Manager demanded apology to him directly for not being amicable in allowing Lithia Nissan of Bend to whitewash lies or ignore mistakes, coupled with a lack of professional accountability. Lithia Nissan of Bend won't follow though on promises at the time of sale. Constantly changing storylines and blaming lower level sales staff for misspeaking. The failures are the results of multiple personal assurances from relationship manager David Moore "everything will be handled"..... Completely incompetent, unprofessional and unacceptable lack of accountability, 10 cars and nearly 20 year's of customer loyalty doesn't matter to new ownership. Dealership staff will smile and lie when telling you what you want to hear, but in the end you will be ripped off and disappointed you bought a vehicle from Lithia Nissan of Bend. The sleezy, dishonest and unaccountable culture at Lithia Nissan of Bend are why we are no longer customers. More
Just purchased our 2nd vehicle from them. Everyone from Scout, Ryan, Russ and Jerome were all outstanding once again. We purchased a new Titan in 2020 and walked out the door today with a new Pathfinder SL. We returned because of how we were treated the very first time we walked in the door almost 3 years ago. Some people have changed but the customer service has not. We will recommend Lithia Nissan of Bend to everyone! Thank you again to Scout (Sales), Russ (Finance), Jerome(Sales Manager) and Ryan (General Sales Manager). We appreciate everything! More
Charged $407 for an emissions part that sells on-line for $230. While waiting for my car saw they are adding $3000 to the sticker price of new trucks. May be legal but is unethical. In 40 years of buying Datsuns now Nissans I have never seen a markup. Called and asked why my part was so much but was refused an explanation. I will wait to see if things improve later this year but we are no longer interested in buying a new truck here. We are lucky that we don't have to buy. For the rest of you, go somewhere else where they don't overcharge. More
