I wouldn't give them any stars if that was an option. came from central Oregon to get a used pickup they had, we did a test drive for a short bit and then decided to make the purchase. we left and on our came from central Oregon to get a used pickup they had, we did a test drive for a short bit and then decided to make the purchase. we left and on our way home the truck wouldn't hold oil pressure, went back and the manager promised to "take care of us" and if the problem continued to let him know. on our way home the check engine light came on and when we spoke to the manager he "called" the dealership in bend and they proceeded to tell us there was nothing they could do. we have 4 children and are out quit a bit of money. I am very frustrated with how they managed this. More

Twice now we have made appointments and twice we have sat for hours, waiting for our car to even be moved into the building. They usually have some lame excuses why they haven’t even moved your vehicle. We brought in once for an oil change and sat for 5 hrs only to find they had not even began to do the oil change. We got our keys back and went elsewhere. One of our brand new vehicles had a tire that was “out of round”. We had to deal with the service dept to have the tire replaced. It has been a year and still no new tire. They always have an excuse and it is never their fault. We will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Lithia Nissan due to the service dept. More
When we dropped our 2024 Leaf for a computer recall we were presented with a major list of strongly suggested maintenance needs coming to over a $1000! I was shocked a basically new vehicle would need th were presented with a major list of strongly suggested maintenance needs coming to over a $1000! I was shocked a basically new vehicle would need that much work not under warranty. My suspicions were heightened went I recognized a $200 maintinance for the EVAC system which is for gasoline vapor recycling, since the LEAF is an EV there is no EVAC! I then realized the entire list of repairs were basically bogus and not due or necessary. Sadly I believe many nervous owners would agree to this $1000 of unnecessary maintenance. More
If you MUST buy here, Don’t buy the service contract they conn you into at signing. They don’t tell you it’s ONLY lithia shops you can go to - which is a total scam in itself - and good luck getting an appoi conn you into at signing. Took two months to fix a blown hose last year, and now we have a blown engine (?) but can’t even get it LOOKED at for another month cuz they’re ‘so booked’. I see all these other reviews about how fast their service dept is??? So maybe it’s only the service contract holders - the ones who actually purchased vehicles from them - who get tossed on the back burner. 🤷♀️ I wouldn’t ever go back again except now I HAVE to, due to their unscrupulous xx tactics. Don’t get roped in. More

Sergio Bazquez, the most amazing young man, our car died and we half to have a car for appointments. Our credit is all messed up, and this young man found us a beautiful car. This place is an absolute joke. I just bought a truck from them. Within 30 mins of driving it off the lot, CEL comes on. Seems as if they cleared the code for the test drive. And then I went back the next day to turn in more paperwork and tell them about the check engine light. Service desk gave us the run around and said there’s nothing they could do. Sent us to the GMC dealer and they said they are booked out months. I JUST BOUGHT THE TRUCK THE DAY BEFORE. The salesman AND the finance manager never disclosed to us that the warranty I purchased doesn’t go into effect 10+ days after purchase. This place is ridiculous. Never recommending this dealership to anyone. EVER. And also never buying anything from them either! What a bunch of snakes here. Do not touch this place with a 100ft pole. More
