Everybody was pleasant, but perhaps a bit over-busy. Of the four fit & finish items I came in for, two were done right. I have been using Long Cadillac as my only dealer for service since I bought my 2010 Cadillac SRX from another dealer in Massachusetts in October of 2009. It has been 3 years of top notch customer servic service since I bought my 2010 Cadillac SRX from another dealer in Massachusetts in October of 2009.
