I have been contacting Long Hyundai in Chattanooga, TN since 3/20/12. The sales rep Jeremy Davis informed me that he would locate a Marathon Blue, Manual, Tech & Style package, and gray interior for me. I since 3/20/12. I called 3/21/12, Jeremy informed me that the Regional Manager Alan Grogan was there and would get involved and have the car shipped and he would call me back. No return call. I called 3/22/12, left 3 messages and no return call. Called 3/23/12 and spoke to the Sales Manager of New Sales Jessie Cannon, who was very rude to me, explaining that Jeremy was new and didnt know that this couldn't be done. I asked again about preferreincing one to me and he hung up on me. Called Jeremy again 3/24/12, 3/26/12, 3/27/12, 3/28/12, and left 3-5 messages for him to return a call to me still no reply. I called today and asked for Jessie Cannon and asked why his sales rep couldnt contact me. Jessie stated I told you already that this cant be done but he would have Jeremy contact me. I waited 6 hours and called back & spoke again to Jessie. He was very unprofessional with me on the phone and he stated I've already told you this cant be done. You have already paid a deposit to another dealership (no deposit has been placed anywhere on this car. If he would have listened to the first conversation on 3/23/12, he would have heard that I've been working with other dealerships to locate one)...No I have not, Yes you have, No I have not, Yes you have....(making me out to be a liar) he put the phone down and hollarded for Jeremy to come in and get on the phone. I asked Jeremy how come he couldn't pick up a phone and call me. I've been busy and we can't ge tthe car. Well, can't you call me to let me know this? Is this standard practice at Hyundai dealerships? This is the 2nd dealership now that has been rude, not willing to help in any way, and lying.....What does it take to get a new Veloster? Thats all I want! Can't someone please answer this for me after waiting 5 months now? More

The car I purchased from Long Hyundai was my first "big girl" investment and I was very nervous about having a car payment and having to pick out a car. I particulary liked that they went over all the features of my new car with me before I left the parking lot so that I was familiar with the vehicle I was driving away in.
