The purchase was relatively easy and pleasant, with a few hiccups. However, after 18 days, our trade-ins have not been paid off. We were told it was because the payoffs would be made by paper check. She answered all my questions and eased my worries concerning any additional fees for servicing the vehicle. She kept us updated, every work day, regarding the progress of fixing the ecosport. Once the engine came in, the vehicle was fixed in short order. When we went to pick it up, Lauren & Chris greeted us and were so pleasant & professional. They really wanted to make us feel at ease. They told us about why the entire engine had to be replaced and answered all of my brother’s questions (he’s a car enthusiast). They were patient in dealing with us.
