When we drove off we never heard from Jerry again. We took the car for maintenance and warranty work until the car had 20,000 miles on it. Everytime it was a hassle: scheduling, length of time to do repairs, lack of parts, you name it. Once they even came to pick up the car and sent two teenagers, who brought the car back with a damaged front spoiler. It took many phone calls and a lot of hassle to get them to repair it. Funny, I thought you took a car to the dealership for service and repair not hassle & damage. Overall, Royal is a royal pain. They are a joke and almost ruined my impression of Volkswagen. One of the nicest dealers I know, and willing to do anything for you. I just purchased a Touareg through them and I am very pleased.
