I actually visited the lot in Prattville on a Sunday afternoon, met Mr.Lang at that time and returned the following we person in Mr. Cornelious Lang. A couple of days later I recieved a call from Mr. Lang he found the truck I wanted at another dealership, just what I asked for. He had it relocated to Prattville. I knew what the price was right away, They showed me all of the pricing information right up front. The entire group from management ,sales, finance etc. were great. I know this is minor but even the receptionist , when you call , the first thing they ask is "who do I have the pleasure speaking with" .That sets the tone of the entire experience.
