I’ve heard and experienced pushy salesmen who pretty much held you hostage until you’re forced to get a car, and I didn’t want that to be my experience, especially since I’ve always wanted a Lexus. Dennis made the process so simple and enjoyable. Not only did he take the time to answer my questions and show me various options, but he was also honest, straight forward, and wasn’t pushy whatsoever. He was also very kind, patient, and great at explaining the steps and all of the paperwork. I definitely felt that he cared about my interests and understood my hesitations and worries as a new car owner. The overall process was very, very simple and I felt like I had all of the information and support going into the signing process. Not to mention, I also felt that Dennis was supportive and really fought to get me a great deal, and I’m sure I got one. Super happy with my new lease and love Longo Lexus’s superb service. I’m officially a loyal Lexus customer and am beyond thrilled to join the Longo Lexus family! More
