My Review of Longwood Lincoln Mercury:
I bought my car at this dealership and received 9 years of excellent friendly service. I recommended this dealership to friends. No more. The reason: I took my car in to have my AC serviced on June 5, 2004. The year before they tried twice to fix the same problem. But I was told I was now leaking refrigerant by Buck and my '93 had to be converted to the newer standard and the total cost would be $1,500. It was not covered by the lifetime guarantee they tout so much. Skeptical, I took my car to another repair shop. They converted the car to the new refrigerant for $56 and said they found NO leak. They said if there were a leak they would fix for free and stand behind their work. Hmmm! Pay $56 or $1,500? Can you spell R-I-P-O-F-F!
