The process was long, however, thanks to Sam our initial contact person who moved mountains, and then Jamie, Dmitri, and Sebastian we felt we absolutely got the best deal and incredible service. We felt we could trust and depend on this group to work in all of our best interests, and so far we have not been dissapointed. I brought in my vehicle to have service. Once the vehicle was returned to me it was damaged, scratched on both the passenger and driver's side doors. I usually go to the maroone Nissan in Pembroke Pines but I decided to try Fort Lauderdale because I was closer. I have a 2012 Nissan Altima. I went on a Sunday for an oil change I also needed them to fix I decided to try Fort Lauderdale because I was closer. I have a 2012 Nissan Altima. I went on a Sunday for an oil change I also needed them to fix the seat belt in the back seat. After my oil change the service tech advised me that I need to come back another day for them to fix the seat belt! He said they didn't have enough techs there on Sunday to spend time fixing the seat belt and I should come back another day that's convenient for me, I told him I guess he meant another day that's convenient FOR THEM! When I went to pay for my oil change the cashier had such a condescending attitude. She didn't greet me, she didn't even tell me total right away. She was doing other things and when I did pay her she just gave me my receipt and went back to doing whatever she was doing. Her whole persona was as if I was an inconvenience or a bother to her! She also had a lip piercing in. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Let's just say I will NEVER return here!!! I'll drive all the way to Pembroke pines! More
