I recently purchased a 2019 C7 Corvette Z06 from this dealership. I was promised a new battery. A Windshield Washer Fluid Cap (that was missing and brought up to Vinny the Sales Rep during my inspection of the vehicle). I was assured by Vinny and his Manager Chris ? (I'm not sure if that was his name or not) that those two things would be replaced before my two hour drive back home to Sebastian Florida. I was told that my Windshield Visor (s) from my C5 Corvette (that I traded in) would be returned to me when Vinny came to pick up my second vehicle a C6 Corvette that next day on Sunday. Vinny told me he would be there by 7am and I told him the coffee would be on (which it was). At 11am that Sunday, Vinny informed me that he overslept & his manager told him that he did NOT have to pick up the C6 Corvette until Tuesday the next week as Monday was Memorial Day. Vinny never told me that information until after I had already set that entire Sunday aside to wait for him to pick up the C6. Then, Vinny told me that a Tow Truck was coming to pick up the C6 on Tuesday or Wednesday next week. I had to but a Washer Fluid Cap at Oreilly's for just over $5.00 and I still have yet to get my Sun Visor Back. It is a very small thing to most people but, I am a man of his word and I expect everyone else to be the same way. It's not the money but, the principal of the whole thing. I also had to fix the plastic drivers rear brake cooler as it was hanging down. That vehicle should have never left your dealership like that. It makes me question whether the battery was even replaced. I even wrote back to the General Manager Bobby Serpentini III Jr. in regards to my complaints and still have yet to get a response.
