I purchased my 05 Volvo X90 off lease and also got the warranty which was recommended. I was hesitant regarding the warranty, but since it went to 75,000 miles and we only drive about 8,000 miles per year warranty which was recommended. I was hesitant regarding the warranty, but since it went to 75,000 miles and we only drive about 8,000 miles per year, I bought it. After returning home from a trip to Ri. I went to back the car up and everything in the rear wheels was locked up. I had the car towed to Volvo on Friday at about noon. The Lovering dealership called and said it was a rotor failure and recommended changing both and also since I was approaching 50,000 miles I decided to have a complete rear brake job done. On Saturday at about 1 PM I got a call from the dealership to say the car was done. Cost was about what I expected to pay,but the dealer's service man Shawn had contacted the warranty firm and the price was dropped by $70 and the tow which was about 20 miles only cost me $33. I have dealt with Lovering over the span of three cars and 7 years. They have always been a pleasure to deal with. The service guys are friendly and listen to you questions and answer them intelligently. I highly recommend Lovering Volvo. Tami and Shawn are the best!! More

I purchased a C30 from out of state (NJ). The dealership went out of its way to make sure that everything was smooth. The dealer had a driver at the airport waiting for me. Upon arriving at the dealership all of the paperwork was ready to go, waiting on a desk. The car was fully prepped, detailed and waiting for me on the showroom floor. The whole experience was seamless and fun. I will say again; this dealer went out of its way to make my transaction smooth. The car is awesome! I love it. I have been dealing this dealership since 1999. I have never had a bad experience, their service is outstanding. The car buying experience itself was exceptional. Steve picked me up from the airport (I flew in from Rochester NY) in Manchester on 29 Aug 2009 and drove me to the dealership. The 2005 Acura TSX was detai picked me up from the airport (I flew in from Rochester NY) in Manchester on 29 Aug 2009 and drove me to the dealership. The 2005 Acura TSX was detailed and on the showroom floor. The car was better than described! I purchased it and drove it back to Rochester NY about 2 hours after I arrived. Steve was absolutely great to work with and I've bought many, many new and used cars. I'd rate him as the top 1 percent of the people I've delt with at car dealerships. Thanks Steve! My lower rating for the dealership stemmed from the delay in the dealership sending the electronic funds request to my bank (USAA) for payment. It took 4 business days for them to send it in (3 Sep), and they were paid the next day (4 Sep). It took another 3 business days for the title to be FedEx'd to me so I could register the car in NY, and the zip code was wrong so the package ended up in Utica NY. That delayed the title by another day. I know the dealership is a high volume operation and this was a used vehicle, but the follow up on the sale was lacking. More

I have purchased and owned over 3 from Lovering Volvo in Nashua, New Hampshire. From the moment we arrived, we felt extemely comfortable and welcome. I have purchased and owned over 30 automibiles in my life so far and I must say that Lovering Volvo provided the best buying experience I have ever had. This extends past the Sales team and into Serivce. There were a few samll items that Lovering needed to service on the car after we took possession and Steve and Dave made this a pleasant experience also. I've always been treated fairly and in a very friendly at atmosphere. Craig takes the time to explain anything that might be done to the car when I am in the shop. I've maintained the car as suggested and I am now at 200,000 miles. The work performed is always yop-notch and I do not have to return for any fix-its, because it was done right the first time. More
